Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made for the Evemiit Studio at studio.evemiit.com, including subscriptions, usage charges (overages) and donations processed through the Platform.

1. Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law (such as a statutory cooling-off period) or where we have charged you in error.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
• Founding-client accounts billed in arrears are subject to the agreed payment terms; unpaid amounts remain due.

2. Paid Events and Access

• If you sell paid access to an event, you are responsible for issuing refunds to your viewers where required by law or where the event is cancelled.
• Where Evemiit processes paid-event transactions on your behalf and the event is cancelled before it starts, refunds will be issued to viewers in accordance with the transaction terms.
• No refund is due once an event has started, except in cases of confirmed technical failure attributable to the Platform.

3. Donations

Donations are voluntary and are final and non-refundable, except in cases of a proven billing error or fraudulent use of a payment method. Donation platform margins are not refundable to the host.

4. Usage Charges (Overages)

If you believe an overage charge (viewer-minutes, track-minutes or VOD storage) is incorrect, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the invoice. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@evemiit.com with your organization name, account email, invoice or transaction reference, and the reason for the request. We will review requests within seven (7) business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. Repeated chargebacks may result in account termination.
